Back when we were in grade school we were taught about ‘Canada’s Food Guide’.
It’s a chart that displays all the different food groups and the amount of portions you should eat in a day. I have been doing this for the past month, trying to maintain a healthy balance diet while exercising and I feel great. A lot of people might thing you would need to go see a dietitian or join a diet program, but you don’t.
All of this information is free online: <http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/food-guide-aliment/index-eng.php>
You might be surprised in how much you should be eating each day!
